Successful Resolution to late charges

I may have owed this bill but when I returned the car that was not what I was told. So I decided to dispute it. The car rental was in Hawaii and was resolved by faxing the gentleman below. He had his assistant call me. She gave me the company line, but when she heard that I did not receive an updated receipt showing the extra charges I was disputing, she quickly agreed to credit my account. Good luck!
