False representation, sales, continuous calls

Caller identified themselves as Ameren. They wanted my Ameren number "to get me better rates". I know better than that, so I didn't give it to him. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHOULD YOU EVER GIVE THAT OUT. This is the BS side of deregulating energy, more capitalism, but more scams because people are crap. He continued to call. Don't get scammed, don't answer the phone for these guys.
