interest rates on credit cards

I have received numerous calls about cutting the interest cards on my credit cards. I DO NOT OWN ANY CREDIT CARDS. I have asked several times that my phone number be removed from the calling list. One male representative told me that was a liar And said he had my account in front of him, I had over 5000 dollars in debt. He was only offering me the last chance I had before I would be taken to court. Then he slammed down the phone. I continue to receive these calls-I have talked to several representatives since then they just hang up on me
