Jonathan Knight and A Daniel White (863)455-1172 called my job and harrassed me stating that a warrant for my arrest is pending within 24hrs and that a suit against my name and SSN.

    The same fools from ACS Law firm from Florida with a name of Adam Texas left me 2 phone #'s.(209) 439 7013 this is now disconnected. The active one that has a weird recording is (424) 646 3587. This criminal says that he will have authorities come to my work place to present me with papers of a $10,000.00 pay day loan that was given to me. I have reported all these phone #'s to the authorities to catch these thieves. No pay day loan gives away this much $ to anyone. They need to be caught and be put away.When I talked to them from my cell they hang up. But they love to harrass me at work.

    They are a bunch of criminals calling from overseas, probably India, probably via VoIP because it's cheap, and trying to scam and extort money out of Americans for phony "payday loans".  They may even have information like old account numbers, SSN, DOB, relatives or employers, possibly from pulling credit reports or through skip-trace searches, or sometimes phony on-line payday loan sites, but the alleged debts are entirely phony, or if real, not owed to these crooks.

    File a complaint with the FBI, and if they keep calling, record them and tell them the call is being recorded as evidence.  If they have any brains, they will move on when they know you won't be conned.

    They have called me several times and even called and talked to my supervisor - threatened arrest for me and a friend I had used as a reference on something totally unrelated and not even connected - I find that they stop calling after a couple of days and then someone else will call about a month later from another "so-called" company threatening the same things

    This has been happening over and over again to me.  I have repeatedly told them I have never gotten a loan from Cash America Advance.  Most recent was this evening. March 17, 2011 at about 5pm.  They called my cell. My husband answered, told them I was not available.  They insisted, and contiually called back.  The Gentleman's name was John Taylor. I spoke to a Gentleman by the name of Brian previously, and he stated he was calling from Attorney, Andrew Johnsons office.   Also threatening me that the sheriffs are coming to arrest me, and that I have commited Fraud.  My Bank records are not reflecting this.

    I was called from over seas number and informed they were NY police and that i needed to call another number I spoke with a gentlemen who stated that I could be jailed for ten years over this loan that I don't remember taking out, He wanted half money today and half next payday. I have child support and don't have money . I tried to work some thing out as to pay 100 a month on debt of orignally loan of 300 dollars. It scared me half to death what do i do.
