Subscription to gamesmania from airtel - deactivate it

I'am being charged Rs 5 everyday saying i'm being renewed for #gamesmaniasubscription for subscription service from airtel. i called customer support and asked them to deactivate it. They have informed that they have deactivated. but i am still getting message every day that it is been renewed and Rs 5 is being charged. Please deactivate it fast. My number is 9845307882.

    Dear Sir,

    Kindly deactive the mobile number  9900057970, as we are already given a letter regarding deactivation for the above said number in the jayanagar branch 3 months ago, but  still it has not been deactivated and we are receiving the AIRTEL BILLS every month continiously.

    Kindly do the needful and deactivate the above said connection and please revert back us as soon as possible.
