I had been using Avast Internet security for a couple of years. Now I would like to cancel my dealings with you. I have noticed that on January 29th 2016 Avast-Nexway 415 449-4713 FRA took money from her account 69.99 dollar . Please cancel the automatic renewal.

    I wish to cancel immediately and what is this Dri Avast softw Shannon ,Co IRL ...a charge to my credit card for $29.99.  I live in Canada, Newfouldland actually. This is wrong and I am not the least impressed.

    Used free Avast, then upgraded to "clean."  When in Sept of 2016, got notice it was expiring - can't be true, since I subscribe in 2/2016.  On 1/31/17 I was billed (auto renewal) for...don't know what, no reference, no phone...now calling but they keep referring to a website, but that simply is a ruse - no such site found!  A couple of days ago I got a popup notice that my trial had expired - not on a trial, and have found no way to contact Avast...beware if you go there!?!?
