Direct tv is a RIP OFF, they do NOT honor any complaints but will honor the $460 it takes to cancel the contract. Do yourself a favor and save MONEY and headache by staying away from Direct TV!!!!

    Agreed. They do not honor contracts and no matter how you try to lower your bill they will not do it. I'm about to contact the NC state's attorney.
