Fraud by Agarwal Movers and Packers

I had selected Agarwal packers to move my furniture from one area to another in Bangalore. Along with this, i had also asked for a washing machine to be moved from Bangalore to Hyderabad. My experience was something that no consumer would ever want to go through.
My brand new cupboard got damaged around the sides for which i had told the person doing the packing and moving that I didnt want to pay the full amount because of the damages. After speaking to the person in charge, it was agreed that instead of taking an amount of 7000 which was agreed, I would pay 6000 and was given a bill.
When the washing machine wasnt delivered in a few days to Hyderabad, I had called the person in charge (Sunil from the Bangalore team) who had said that only if i were to pay the full amount, he would deliver the washing machine in Hyderabad.
As this was not agreed, I argued with him but he was refusing to accept that this was agreed at the time of payment and said he would not deliver it until the full amount was given. He said that nothing would happen until the full amount was given and was extremely rude, he just cut the call on my face when i was speaking. This is definitely not the way to speak to any person, especially a girl.
Finally, to close matters, i agreed over the phone to pay the 1000 in order to receive the washing machine and Sunil said he would send someone to collect it, but didnt. I tried contacting him and as time went by, he started ignoring the calls and not picking up at all and made it absolutely difficult to contact him.
So now, Agarwal packers is holding my washing machine which i had paid for them to deliver to Hyderabad and is not even answering any calls placed. This kind of service is definitely not accepted and not the way to treat any customer.
Request you to please look into this and ensure that the washing machine is delivered to the address as agreed and as it was paid for.
