    He's dead..and if he was so bad and comiited all he did-remember this..had his EAR-'s  dna , they could easily gotten him in to get his dna-or even found a way to obtain it-if they had any reasonable evidence Leflar was EAR. But they didn't.

      If you truly are his biological sister, how about volunteering YOUR OWN DNA to clear his name? Close relatives are very strong DNA matches and have been used in the past to confirm or eliminate criminal involvement. If you or other relatives would be willing to do this, you could put all these ugly accusations behind once and for all... or possibly bring closure to god knows how many people and families the EAR has affected.

      Please consider it as circumstantial evidence is pretty damning in Steven’s case.
