I called CheapOair but the call went to Farebuzz travel agency and was misguided 3 times. I called to get the price of the journey which I planned this month. This was the 2nd time I was travelling on a flight but contacting them is suffering.
On 3 different occasions, they told me 3 different prices which is higher than their own website. It's a rip-off. They tell me a price and when I say lets book they raise the price by saying that there will be taxes and fee on top of it. The agent was Ashton this time I remember.
Why did they not inform me of the total price in the first place. They made a fool out of me.
Also, they did not inform me about the code share information. I was then told by one of my friend who is a regular traveler on that flight that the flight is actually operated by some other company who owns the aircraft.
They can't even speak English and god knows how are they dealing with English speaking customers.
