unsolicited call on cell phone

Someone named Vince from "The Remodeling Center" called, said they have a website, which I looked up, it looks very fake and there is no way to call or reach anyone. (What company doesn't list a phone number on their website?)  Told him I was on the Do Not Call list and he hung up. He called from 818-293-0586, which is a spoofed number.
