Dear All
I have took the timeshare / vacation rental plan from Pyramisa hotels and resort (Dubailand Project) in 2009. However I paid all the installment's (Total Dhs 121,000/-) during the course of time by December 2012 as they scheduled me. And it have been almost 3 years now neither the projects is completed nor they are providing me the original contract for the timeshare that have been paid long ahead??? I read their advertisement that they are selling the uncompleted hotel due to financial crises and when I inquired from the, about it they promised me to sell the project and refund money in one of their correspondence and Now they stopped replying for my emails too?? Pls clarify what and where to registered complaints against them to recover my money back??

I have also paid the entire amount and the contract entered thru SAFIR INTERNATIONAL HOLIDAY'S for a timeshare in
Pyramisa Hotels and Resorts, Dubailand. Safir International is no more operating from the place (Al Musalla Tower, Bur Dubai, 7th floor) it was, I too have no idea how to claim back my amount and from where. My email ID is myunus2003@yahoo.com, mobile # 00917760880048, India, Bangalore.
Hope the authorities in Dubai known for doing justice for all nab the cheats/ culprits and put them in jail. Please help.
