On 1/6/2017 ancarcives.com took two payments of $57.78 each out of my checking account for a total of $105.56 which was not authorized.

Contact your bank..
Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charges as fraudulent, and have them shut down your account or block your card number to prevent further charges. Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
