SET WENT OFF AFTER 3-4 MONTHS OF PURCHASE

I purchased mobile set Nokia make N72 from Aggarwal Communications Sector 35 C Chandigarh vide invoice no 16882 DTD. 23.07.07. The set gave good service till 30th Sept 2007, when I left for abroad for official assignment. I came back on 28th Dec 2007. During this period, my mobile set remained unutilised at my residence in Chandigarh. On coming back, I switched on the set. It did not work. I contacted Nokia Care Centre Sector 22C on 7th Jan 2008. I was told that set is not repairable as due to difference in temp, moisture has seeped into it. Care Centre refused to extend any help in repairing the set. I wonder about this funny excuse,
this does not behave a world class company to shell out such excuse.
Hope, I will get satisfactory service and my set will be put in order
