Unable to cancel or reach anyone ever

I don't know what to do about this.  They are charging my account every month, and I've tried to log in several times, unable to do so.  Then I say - change my pasword- it says they will email me..Never did.  I did this like 7 times.  Still unable to reach anyone.  I can't get a telephone number to call and cancel.  I can't log in -  It is very frustrating..
The number thats up on my back statement is short a number.  I tried adding all the numbers to the end..to no avail.
I just don't know what to do.
