INVOICE THAT CAN'T BE PAID ON LINE

I got an invoice and when I tried to call and talk to someone I could only get an automated system. Then when I tried to pay on line I kept getting a message saying
There are no posted invoices for this account.(932781053025602)
Check your telephone number for accuracy.
I didn't even put in the number that they showed as the account number. I got the same message when I put in my phone number and the same message when I put in the invoice number.
Not knowing what I was filling out..I filled out a form thinking it was a form so I could make an on line payment. Turns out I filled out a form for their services. I want ALL of my information removed from their system!
