They are both part of the same "membership club" scam.

Contact your bank immediately to dispute unauthorized or fraudulent charges, and cancel that account number to prevent future fraudulent charges.  Follow up with a written dispute sent to your bank's dispute address on your statement, sent certified return receipt requested, and make sure your bank receives your dispute in less than 60 days from the statement date showing the disputed charge to preserve your FRB Reg. E or FCBA dispute rights.

Also file complaints with FTC, your state Attorney General, and BBB.

They billed me too. You ordered something from a "partner web site" thus they hide some box. Its "checked marked" saying you want to become a member of Essential Savings. http://www.4everyday.com/  It is a rip off. I order something a month ago and found them billing me $16.95. I called and demanded my money back. Yes, they did overdraw my checking account. My bank was cool and didn't charge me any overdraft fees. I put the $2.00 in my account since I only had 15.80. I am waiting on them to return my money now. Here is their number to get you money back. 1-866-553-0742  Hope this helps

I thank you so much, these people have been taking money from my account since Feb. 2009.  They are refusing to refund my money, only for one month.  This is a rip off.  I don't even know who they are and they cannot tell me who they are, WOW!

I have not ordered anything from this so call company.  I too have been charged $16.95 for 2 months now.  This is a some kind of scam.  I don't understand how the credit card people can't put a stop to all of the scams that are going on.  My only advise is for you to keep a close eye on all your credit cards and report any unusual charges as quick as possible.  Maybe filing a police report will help to show that you are serious about these scams and you can also report the police report to your credit card companies.

I saw the charges on my statement for $16.95, they had been charging me for 3 months. I called the credit card company and cancelled my card and disputed the bills. They told me on the first bill my card was present for the purchase so now I have to fight that too. These jerks are slick anybody being charged needs to close their credit card accounts IMMEDIATELY. They are scamming thousands of people !
