Took money out of my bank account and wont refund it

ive never heard about this web site until charges started showing up onmy bank statements and the refuse to refund my money as did quite a few other companies however i did get refunds from  the rest all in all about 300 was scammed from my account without my authorization where canwe as innocent victims go for help

    Contact your bank immediately to dispute unauthorized or fraudulent charges, and cancel that account number to prevent future fraudulent charges.  Follow up with a written dispute sent to your bank's dispute address on your statement, sent certified return receipt requested, and make sure your bank receives your dispute in less than 60 days from the statement date showing the disputed charge to preserve your FRB Reg. E or FCBA dispute rights.

    Also file complaints with FTC, your state Attorney General, and BBB.

    They appear to be another "membership club" scam tacked onto "free trial offer" scams.  Report of an "international fee" charge may indicate the money is being siphoned out of the country, probably to complicate recovery or prosecution.  

    Suggestion to "file a police report".  Although a police report should be filed in all cases of fraud, it is probably a delaying tactic as well as an attempt to appear legitimate.  A police report, even for credit card fraud, will not get your money back, particularly when it is the "merchant" and the "discount club" that are running the scam.  

    Only a timely disputing through your bank is likely to yank the money out of their account, and cancelling that card number or closing the checking account is essential to preventing additional fraud, since these types of scams usually set up repeated  charges.

    Unauthorized charges

    I signed up for google profits and ordered the cd for $1.88 for their cd. When I looked at my charges minutes later I noticed I was also charged $4.99 from the 777 Discount Club and an international fee charg. When I called the 777 club I was told the money was non-refundable. I was told to file a police report. I immediately cancelled my credit card and so should anybody else that orders this website."

    Beware !!!!!!!!! 777 DiscountClub is still out there stealing from people they took 19.98 out of my bank account with authorization. And refuse to return my calls. So stop your bank card and accounts.

    Very true, this company is a complete scam and even if you mark no, not interested on their pop up, they piggy back off of other free trial, yeah right, offers and get your info from them and take money out of your account and you cannot get it back even with a police report unless you go through your bank.

    The same thing happened to me. How they got my bank account number I don't know. They took a trial fee as they called it from my bank account and like the other poster I was told to go to the police. They must have gotten my info from some other site. I am going to the bank Friday and tell them to take my money back. I have filed a complaint with the states attorney general and they will look into it. The person was insulting and I couldn't hardly understand a word of what they said. This is the results of our companies going overseas, they scam you and then insult you.

    I was debited on 08/10/09 $19.63 and I went to my bank and filled out a
    Non-Authorized Withdrawal Affadivit. So be careful to who may get into your account.

    I was debited on 08/10/09 $19.63 and i called my bank and closed my account i told them that someone was committing fraud and i want them  to investigate this matter so that they can return my money. everyone that has fell a victim to these people need to come  together and sue them, plus have their [***] convicted for theft, embezzement ,for taking from others with out their permission.

    Same thing happened to me,exactly same story as mine. Is there anyway to stop them? This is not legal and it's stealing. I have called them 100 times since I found out about it and I keep getting the same person who talks when I talk @ the same time. Can't get a straight answer from her. I hope my bank gets my $ back after dispute.

    I WAS JUST TAKEN
    I was just taken for 19.63 from my account without my authorization. Someone you could not even understand said I could not get my money back and that it was for some discount coupons. There is no such thing. I will call my bank in the morning to see what I can do. This is FRAUD.

    this is ridiculous, the same happened to me today 11-13-2009. my bank told me that they took $19.63 too! i never even seen that website before or even bought anything online. thay are some scammers. i should sue them. i have to talk to my bank on monday.

    Dear Bulls*?$ scammers person...you are not the only person.  The same thing happened to me today as well. $19.36 was taken out of my account today.  When I went to the website to chat with someone they said hello, how may I help you and I told them and then there was no response. Lucky my bank is open on the weekends and I am going tomorrow to get this taken care of.

    These people are jerks. The same thing happened to me. I know I applied for a payday loan but thats it, I clicked off everything but these jerks still got my info and the weird thing is i didnt even put my right checking account number but they still where able to deduct from my account. Anyways what payday loan did you guys apply for that this company was said to be with.
