They keep calling and hang up when you answer. They do not leave any messages either. I wish they would just stop
Name on called ID is OTO INC 213-710-8112.
I'm on the national Do not call registry and have an unpublished number. Why are they calling me?

    Telemarketer reported to be selling home security systems, with many complaints of Do Not Call violations.  Some indications of deceptive telemarketing (offering a "free home security system").

    Since you are on the Do Not Call list, file FTC complaints against both OTO, and any company they claim to represent.

    These pests call me 3 or 4 times a week.  I hang up, and am on the do not call registry.  How can I stop them?

    I tried what was recommended above by OTO,inc on 24 Jul 2009 but the system will not accept phone numbers from outside Canada and apparently they do not do anything for victims outside Canada even when they are registered on the national do not call registry of their home country. There is also some concern that there may NOT be a connection between the Canadian OTO Consulting Services Inc and the OTO Inc we are experiencing calls from who is based out of Los Angeles California. So.. Anyone know any lawyers who would like to put OTO Inc in LA outta business? By the way. I did a reverse trace on the number and it comes back as a Cell Phone located/registered in Los Angeles, California.. The message has something to do with home security but the OTO Consulting company in Canada apparently does something with some kind of software. In other words. The connection between the two companies is in question. If ANYONE has anything more precise? PLEASE LET US KNOW!!!

    ALso! Everyone should note! There has been some information on the national news services about SCAMS offering so called "Free" home security systems. This may even be one of those scammers! In any case! We need someone who can STOP This caller IMMEDIATELY!

    OTO INC 213-710-8112. Is a company or individual that is brainless. Answer a call from this number to get hung up on. What a bunch of brainless turds. Why can't we stop this type of telemarketing bs.....

    Free home security system? Ah! I've had them at my very door. They give you the system "free" under the condition that you sign a $3000.00 contract to have them monitor the system for you.

    These people are so annoying... they have the ability not only to be a flea in your %$# but also to call at the wrong time... With so many people complaining about it, can't someone in the government do anything? This is harassment! Whoever is in charge for this number, I hope there will be a handset available in your tomb for the devil to call you during the eternity! Hopefully, you will get your calls with the same number 603-214-3645

    Go to www.donotcall.gov. file a complaint maybe this will stop them. We get a couple calls a week.

    OTO INC has called me 2 times now. I wasn't home the first time but I was for the second. I find it rather weird that they want to give you a free home security system. Sounds rather suspicious to me that's for sure! Next time they call I am not going to answer the call! Thank god for Caller I.D.

    Tired of telemarketers
    I just filed a complaint against OTO Inc...the number they used was:  402-982-0705.

    Please go to www.donotcall.gov and file a complaint to stop these people.
    Here's my response from the FTC:

    I know who OTO inc is and where they are. I sued a company OTO inc placed a telemarketing call for, and collected $5000 for 1 illegal telemarketing call. The company who had to pay me $5000, gave a sworn statement identifying who was behind OTO Inc., and saying I should sue OTO Inc instead of the company I was suing since they had only hired OTO inc. and did not make the phone call themselves. Well I collected $5000 from the security company that hired OTO inc, and now I want to get OTO inc.     They call 2 or 3 times a day
    I get calls from OTO constantly. I am in California and the originating area code is 503, which is Oregon.

    I live in apartment dont need a home secerty stop calling my sell phones....
    dont know where you getting are number from but stop it NOW..... OR ill put it in the report for hurrrasing.......

    I keep getting calls from 253-382-9903 even though I am registered with the National
    Do Not Call Registry.  It is a recording from a company that wants to lend me money.  It is a company that I have never had any association with.
