I am on "do not call" status and receive daily phone calls at unreasonable hours. I do not answer the phone (caller i.d.), so I have no idea why they are calling.

go to the do not call registry and file a complaint. the FTC needs to know who they are, though, so if there isn't a name on the caller id, you're probably going to have to pick up the phone once. if it's not a solicitation talk to the phone company and local law enforcement. good luck!
