Damage during installation

The direct tv technician who installed the television and internet service to my house cut the existing wires going to my other televisions.My mom is retired and is 69 years old, she was told that all three televisions would work properly. Im her son, Robbie who is disabled and just had time to get over my moms house to look at the problem and noticed the old wires from the old cable company were cut. I would appreciate it if my mom would get a response as soon as possible.
