run away from coverage that i paid for in advance

i have full coverage with the company as bumper to bumper.
Probl;em with the AC the dealer contact them, keep in mind all communication by e-mail or fax and wait. they request all oil changes, and all repair done on the car history.
my coverage cover the damage part, just cover it and pay for it.
