I want OUT! Joined best buy on August 6, 2011 and have not been sent my logon instuctions as of today. Called several times spoke to customer service rep and then the person who give the tour stating that that corproate office was having compuetr issues. When I complained that they were not keeping their agreement for me to buy via the internet they asked me to get the item of the internet and call them. Unacceptable! Then they gave me a quest sign-on but it did not give me the opportunityto buy. When I asked for acompensation for the inconvenience they offerd me two movie tickets. How can I cancel the membership in nY.
