I want OUT!  Joined best buy on August 6, 2011 and have not been sent my logon instuctions as of today.  Called several times spoke to customer service rep and then the person who give the tour stating that that corproate office was having compuetr issues.  When I complained that they were not keeping their agreement for me to buy via the internet they asked me to get the item of the internet and call them.   Unacceptable!  Then they gave me a quest sign-on but it did not give me the opportunityto buy.  When I asked for acompensation for the inconvenience they offerd me two movie tickets. How can I cancel the membership in nY.

Thank you in advance for any information you can give me.  Completetly disgusted with them!

    If you hear my complaints not one not two but over 30 different complaints.  Anything they tell you or promise you is not true. It is hell try to buy anything. All kind of problems things that went wrong and they seem that nobody knows what is doing there. I trying other places they are not better nobody wants to listen to your problems and if they do they give you different unreasonable explanation and you have to wait for ages to get something if you ever get it. If you hear something that is too good to be true is right. The frastration and the anger and your time we spend is not worthy.  Better to go to your local stores and buy what you need and see and inspect the actual product in the store.
