money fraud closed out my debt card

I went a got me a vanilla debt card to order something on line and before i could order a person order four items on my card and left me with 1.09 ,they order items on Mobile Game in the amount of 91.69 the same day i got the card i had to wait to order what i wanted the next day because Vanilla kept telling me not activated but Dollar general always activates the cards. SCAMED money off my debt card
