We purchased two England recliners in November 2012 from Knie Appliance in Sterling Illinois.  They are the motorized recliners.  I believe they are called Maggie.  The recliner on the showroom floor sat great and reclined beautifully.  That is why we ordered them.  Recliners were delivered and they rub the floor everytime you go up and down. Upholstry also bulges in different spots.  They were like this before we sat in them.  Both of them do this. When you look at them they sit forward too far. Had company for Thanksgiving and they also commented on the forward problem. Knie ordered another set and they do it also. However, the upholstrey does not bulge. They do not sit like the recliner in the showroom.  Not happy.  Knie is still working with us.  They tried to adjust recliner but stated it is not possible.  It is basically a nightmare.  It is December 19 2012 and still do not have a solution.  We orderd the first pair back in October 2012.  Apparently it is a Quality Assurance problem at the factory and they are not put together correctly..  So much for American made.
