Scammed

I cancelled my services with dish over 2 months ago. So I wake up this morning and check my email and they have taken out $262.50 out of my account without my authorization so I called to speak to a supervisor and she hung up on me. So when I started to rant and complain about taking them to court they said that I signed a contract and thats the reason why they could take the money But promised me that they wont take anything else out and if I owed anything else it would be billed to me. It all seems like a scam and I am pissed off to the max. They dont have to ever worry about me again.
