I cancelled my account with NetZero about two months ago, or so I thought. I was looking at my account today and noticed that they had billed me again. After a long process of trying to get through to them via telephone, I cancelled again. They said that they cannot return the money they took from me even though they could see that I haven't used their service. To make a long story short, I would not recommend NetZero to anybody. In fact, I would strongly urge people not to use them at all. I liken them to a parasite, and feel that the US Attorney should investigate them for fraud and theft.

    I had NetZero since the beginning when it was FREE!  However, once they started charging for it, I found myself using it less and less and finally cancelled.  Six months later they had the gall to send me a bill for several months 'unpaid' bills.  I sent Goldston a letter and let him know I hadn't used the service in months and had in fact cancelled.  I never heard from them again.

    I buy stick usb internet for 69.00 dollars, when i got that stick i call for instalation
    and them tell me a lot the restriccion for the service,i found useless this service
    and send back same dame express mail,waiting for my money return after 4
    weeks they credit to my account 14.95 dollars keeping  54.05 for  NOTHINGS
    WHAT A RATS..............ENJOY
