Harassing me about student loan mistakes!

I have a few student loans through Sallie Mae, and am still enrolled in school. However, when I logged onto my account last month, I noticed that four of them were listed as being in repayment, while the other two are listed as in school status. This is obviously wrong, so I emailed them about it. Five days later, I got a response saying that I had to email the Tuition Answer address since "they were the ones handling the loan". That's bull-it's the same company, Sallie Mae! Rather than argue I emailed the Tuition Answer people, no response yet. But, since some loans are listed as being in repayment, they want their money! I tried calling them to find out why these loans were listed as being in repayment, and the girl who I talked to was quite rude. She was also Indian and I could not understand a blessed word she was saying [as an aside, I have an inner-ear disorder and hearing loss that makes it difficult for me to understand people sometimes, especially if they have an accent]. She got huffy because I had to ask her to keep repeating herself. All she told me was to print off a form from their website, have my school's registrar fill it out and send it in. I plan on doing that when my school's offices open back up next week, and hopefully all this will be fixed.
In the meantime, I went ahead and paid the balance due on the loans in repayment, because I don't want any bad marks on my credit score. I paid it on Friday night using their automated telephone system. It is now Sunday night and I have received and continue to receive numerous calls from them asking me to call them back and arrange payment options. I am really quite sick and tired of this! I've filed a complaint against them with the FTC. Consumer beware--this company makes mistakes and then harasses YOU about them!
