They call 3 or 4 times daily. Sometimes only SILENCE on the other end. Sometimes a real person but ALWAYS rude and unprofessional.Interfering with my recovery from Cancer treatments and testing. Were told I will pay when I can. It is either paying them or my Oncologist and Surgeon. Guess who I will pay first?
And at over $4.00 per gallon of gasoline and record profits in the BILLIONS, their customer can wait.

They called me 3 days ago harrassing me. Telling me to grow up and pay my bills. Asking me why I couldn't keep a job and want to know why I didn't work. What made me so unemployable. When I tried to explain to him my situation he told me to stop making excuses that everyone knew  how I was and that I just didn't want to pay my bills.

They are harassing me as well. Today the person I spoke with today was rude and unprofessional then hung up on me. I was not rude with him I told him that I cannot pay at this time. I called back and the new person that I spoke with said that if I was calling abck to "bark" at his co-worker he would not transfer the call.

I had a problem with the Northland Group as well. They run my credit report without my consent. Then I constantly received calls and letters for a debt that I never had. It was for a credit card account that I had never had, nor was it listed on my credit report. I sent them several letters back, and finally they stopped after I sent them a copy of my credit report, and filed a complaint with the government.

They have a pattern of harassing and abusing the wrong people for debts that are not theirs.  You can find many similar complaints on ripoffreport.com.

    Contact the Minnesota Attorney General.

    Try www.naca.net

Here is one well known attorney in this area, Pete Barry.
    http://www.lawpoint.com/

Or try contacting an attorney in another state known to handle this type of litigation, and see if they can recommend someone in MN.

For example, you might ask for a referal from:
    http://www.alabamaconsumerlawblog.com/

Or search on combinations of "consumer attorney FDCPA FCRA Minnesota".
