Credit card charges after cancellation

My cardit is being charged and I cancel this order 2 months ago and it is still be taken out of my account. I have returned the order unopened last month and they charged me again. How can I stop this?

    Immediately contact your bank to dispute fraudulent charges, and close the account to prevent future fraudulent charges.  Follow up with a written dispute sent to your bank in less than 60 days of the statement showing the fraudulent charge.

    I just had the exact same issues as everyone else. Signed up for a Free Trial (was supposed to pay only for shipping). They charged me $44.85 and on top of that I never received anything. I just got another charge for $39.95---for what I dont know. Tried to call them 4 times. 45 mintue wait so I had to hang up. Finally got throught today (22 minute wait). The rep had an attitude from the get-go saying---why didint you call us right away if you didnt receive your items. When I explained that I tried to do so but couldnt wait, she said in a snippy tone....you could have e-mailed us. I told her I didnt have their e-mail address and didnt have time to continuing try to contact them. I then said please dont use that tone with me. Your company is the one who erroneously charged me. She then said would you like me to end this call right now?  I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Disputing the charges they made to my account. I urge everyone else to do the same and spread the word!
