Supposedly, the are a "billing service", often reported to be billing for collect calls where charges cannot be charged to a phone number.
There are numerous complaints against them for harassing calls, including calling the wrong party and other indications of erroneous or fraudulent collection of alleged accounts.
They claim they use some proprietary process to "verify" the identity of the party authorizing their charges, and they claim they send some bill to their address. Yet there are many complaints of harassing robocalls with no bill mailed and people who claim they have no idea what they are demanding payment for. They are F***ed up, so it would not be surprising if they also generate bogus "collection accounts" or damaging credit reporting also.
Whenever you find an erroneous account on your credit reports, file a written dispute through the credit reporting agencies. They have 30 days to investigate, and if the data furnisher (creditor or their collection agency) "verifies" in error, then they are liable for the damage caused by their error and you can sue them. If you fail to dispute as above, they have no liability for their stupid errors, such is the sorry state of credit reporting law in this country.
