I purchased a samsung split 1.5 Ton split ac(slim Solution) on 30 th March,2010.After few days the out door unit starts generating sound like disel generator,which is also hearable in high level form inside of room.On 23 rd April 2010 ,i lodged a complained in samsung customer care center (COMPLAINT NO.8414631710).They told that your problem will be solved in two days.But no result.Again i called on 6th may,14 th,&15 th may,but no action only blank assurance in polite way. we could not go out from our home in anticipation of mechanic^s visit.I have made a mistake by purchasung samsung,a iresonsible company who does not wants to responce to customer complaints but wants to make money from us by selling third quality products.

    I purchased H! Cool smart Air Cooler on 13 th April 2014 from Reliance Digitals, Bhiwadi, Dist:Alwar
    Rajasthan.
    Compliant:
    On pressing COOL button, all water stored in the storage starts leaking.
    I have sent 6 complaints to the supplier, but they have neither replied to any of complaint nor taken any measure to remove the defect,
    I have not been given the Bill for the purchase, working manual and Guarantee card so far inspite of repeated requests.
    In the summer , I being senior is having problem due to the defect in the working of Air Cooler.
    I seek immediate measures to remove the defects.
