I order a sample not subscription

I order a sample to try. I found out after they charge my charge card 34.98 I was suppose to cancel something I did not order. I am filing a complaint with BBB, Walmart, CVS and GNC. They should advise you on your order confirmation you need to cancel a standing order you did not order. But I guess since it doesn't work they don't want you to know you ordered a monthly subscription.
