warranty denieded to fix my car

I bought a warranty from direct buy,, on 4-19-2011 my car went into diagnostic and shows no problems from toyota dealer,,on 6-03-2011 my car shut down and after my warranty denied to fix anything,, they refuse to give me in written why my car was denied,,
