Ordered and paid for McAfee virus software which I downloaded on 3 November through what I thought was a genuine McAfee site, appeared to have cover initially until early December when McAfee informed me my computer protection had run out.  I re-downloaded thinking there was a problemm and now find I've been charged agan.

    I just received my Visa bill and I found a charge of $47.46 on there twice all posted on November 24, 2014.  I only have one computer and I only need your services once each year or however you bill.  I want the second $47.46 removed from my bill.  I am a recent widow and live on a fixed income so this is important that I have the money back.
