They call & leave message text voice mail everyday! Please is there anything you can do to help me?

I’m very so sick of them calling me, harassing me!  I can’t answer my phone anymore, & I miss a lot of calls because it!  Is there a FREE app I can get, so I can get my life back?  I get 5-6 scam calls everyday & I’m very low income??? Please Help me??
