Very bad service and food

We ordered a "boxxit" meal. We waited so long that our number vanished off the priority monitors. I inquire about what happened to our order. I was just looked at, i asked again and the girl just mumbled that they waiting on Zingers, i asked how long, she just looked at me with no answer.When the food eventually arrived, parts of the Zinger burger were pink and still raw. I will never eat at KFC Pavillion, Durban again
