Inept business

My daughter had work done there... They never sent me any payment paperwork.  And yet they called our home 2 to 3 times a day.  I am the one that has called them TRYING to get them to send the proper paperwork to the RIGHT address and all I get is the run around and MORE phone calls.  I have called and emailed the corporate and LOCAL offices, totaling up to over a month of dealing with this AND not getting return phone calls.  NO professionalism is at work at this POORLY run business.  I am TRYING to give them money and THEY still CAN"T get their act together.  I am headed for a lawyer....because they have caused me UNDUE STRESS.   I quite frankly have HAD IT.
