I have just returned a hire car back to Europcar in Lille/Eurostar.
The staff are very unhelpful. The office on my collection and return visit were badly under staffed. The collection and return point are very poorly signed.
Fortunately a Good Samaritan from the queue waiting to collect his car came to my rescue. Marks out of ten, a two!!!
Next time I will use AVIS!!!
