Service is pathetic

I've aqua guard crystal . Repenting ever since I bought this. Their service is soo bad it's out of imagination. I wonder how this company is still existing in a world where every business is trying to give utmost satisfaction to customer in post sales service . It's big shame for such Organization. I'm tired and fad up of calling...
