Repeated calls using robo dialer

This company has been calling me for over a year now using false numbers to display on my caller ID that look like from my area. Since my last encounter where I lost my patience with them I have started getting texts from other consumers asking to opt out amongst other things. Now these [***] are using my phone number in their robo dialer to make appear they are coming from me. Is there a law suit against this company I can file with?
