Waiting too long

I went to the bank at Tarpon Woods to transfer a CD to a checking account.  Watched everyone take their turn to be accommodated, we all had signed in.  When my turn came they took a younger white male, by the way I am white too - before me, signed in after me.  My husband had to wait in the parking lot for at least 30+ minutes and it did seem like the person taken before me did have a relationship with ERIN!  Don't mind waiting my turn at all - do not appreciate someone jumping the line if they have a friend at the bank.  A bank employee did apologize profusely - that was nice.  Thanks, Barbara.
