Theft of funds from my bank account

On February 15th I had my Directv service disconnected as I was moving to a new home and the new landlord REFUSED to allow Directv to be connected. The person I spoke to said that they would send boxes to my new address to return the equipment and once they received the boxes I would receive a final bill. Last week I called because I still had not received the boxes. The person said that they had sent the box to the wrong address and that they would resend them and I'd have them in 3-5 days. Seven days later I still have not received the shipping cartons BUT Directv did access my bank account and withdraw $228. without my knowledge or permission. I've just spent the last 30 minutes on the phone with every moron in Chihuahua, Mexico trying to get this straightened out and get the funds returned. Their only answer is no and there is nobody with more authority that I can speak to and there are no telephones in the Greenwood Village, CO main office that I can call.
I'm over 60 years old, live in an area the is experiencing a bad cold snap and the funds they took were to pay for the LP gas I need to heat my house.
