My wife and I during a recent holiday in Bali decided to join the Royalty Gold Club. However on arrival back in Australia shortly after and due to our personal circumstances decided that the membership was not appropriate for us. We contacted the Karma Royal Group and explained our personal circumstances . We appreciate the professionalism the Karma Royal Group has shown in resolving our issue and allowing us to visit the Resorts and to be able to have a look at the Karma Royal Group from a different perspective. We were treated in a courteous manner at all times throughout our dealings with the Karma Royal Group.m

What was the outcome and how was your situation regarding the membership resolved?
My wife and I are in a similar situation, we signed up while on holiday then once home and after reviewing everything in more detail we also feel that the membership is not for us.
Just an update on my previous post..
After arriving home and reviewing the membership we contacted the Karma Royal Group and explained our circumstances and reasons for initially joining.
We appreciate the courteous manner in which new were treated and professionalism and understanding the Karma Royal Group has shown in resolving our issue.
we are also feeling like we were Bali scammed - paying $16k nzd for gold club when you look online can get membership on yearly basis for $499 usd - still trying to figure out what you actually get for this -
