Powerwasher H1610 used four times now the motor won't run!

I purchased the Powerwasher H1610 in July 2010 and have used it four times. Now that I need to use it again the motor won't run! I have followed the limited troubleshooting instructions available in the owner's manual yet it still doesn't function. The hdpowerwasher.com website doesn't even have specific troubleshooting steps for this model. Part of their advice is "Push the OFF button in located on the front of the machine and, if necessary, re-connect the water supply or reset the G.F.C.I. electrical connection and push the ON button in again." There is no OFF button. The ON/OFF is a dial on the front of the machine.

If Home Depot or Husky are monitoring this site I would appreciate a response and some recourse for this problem. Upon trying to find some help online I seems this is a typical experience with these devices.
