cancelled services with dish for providing poor services

We contracted with Dish Network in June of last year for our internet and tv services. From the very first month we experienced issues with slow speed internet and programs on tv freezing up. We contacted Dish to try and get this resolved, but after three months, had not success. So, they sent out a technician only to find out that the original installer did not tighten the bolts on the satellite. Yet, even after this repair, we still had poor reception. We called them every two weeks regarding this to no avail. About four months into it they sent a new receiver box. Also,in regards to our internet, it too was never right! We were always calling them about this too, yet it never got fixed. We told them that we needed this fixed because we pay bills online so we can't compromise on these services. Six months later we are cancelling our contract with them. They told us in June that these services were bundled together, implying that it was one contract, yet when we cancelled, they are saying that we in fact have two separate contracts totaling $700 for early termination. We informed them that if they pursued this that we would be forced to file suit against them for breach of contract, not having provided the services that they agreed upon. Basically we have been paying for services we did not receive.
