Rusting on fridge and stove (both Maytag) ice machine not working.

Rust still a problem on doors of both fridge and stove. Have use polish and steel wool too get it off. Had too call waranty people who are in Barbados to get the icemaker fixed. What is going on . Live in Ontario, Canada.
