It does not clean the clothes

The Kenmore high-efficiency washing machine that we purchased from Sears has been nothing but a nightmare since day one. We have had to throw away clothes and have resigned ourselves to the fact we are stained now if a spot gets on our clothes We have to wet or buy new clothes! Shame on whoever made this and let it be sold!
