booked 2 passengers on june/16/12 for july 21/12 Morning of flight one passenger was told she was on standby these tickets were paid for and ticket # issused very disappointed

Keith, feel free to email me your 8 digit booking number I will look into this for you. I would like to mention that you cannot sell "stand by" tickets. What looks like happened is the flight was over booked, and they had to waitlist passengers who checked in last, or didn't have a preassign seat. Are sure that's not what happened? also did the passenger get on the plane? if you would like this looked into, email your booking number, and place blog in the subject line. I'm very sorry if the traveler was inconvenienced.
