THEY WANT TO GET INSIDE MY HOUSE!

First, I got several postcards that say "you have a package waiting" and to call the number on it. My mistake, I did call.. A VERY unprofessional woman answered and asked me if someone could come out to my home to check the water...and in return, I would get a $25 Wal-Mart gift card. They asked me if I have any other people living with me and if I have a spouse. I said hell no I don't want a stranger coming inside me home and hung up.  I don't know HOW they ever got my address. BUT just today, I've received 12 calls that I keep on rejecting, and they call BACK TO BACK, like 2-3 calls at a time.. I wish I could report them, but I don't know where I would do that.
